1. ATELIER FULFILLMENT (SHIPPING)

The Maison Fontane Joggers, designed for definitive structure and drape, are finalized per order. We prioritize quality control over speed.

• Production Timeline: Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to complete the final finishing, stitching checks, and packaging process at our atelier. This time is required to ensure the Structural Taper and quality of the 360 GSM fabric are perfect.
• Fulfillment Location: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our primary fulfillment hub in Toronto, Canada.
• Shipping Transit: Once shipped, you will receive a separate confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. THE FIT GUARANTEE (RETURNS)

We stand by the architectural fit of our joggers, including the critical "stack" at the ankle. If the garment's fit is not to your specification, we accept returns.THE FIT GUARANTEE (RETURNS)

You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact; we maintain a strict policy and cannot accept returns on any item that shows signs of wear, as it cannot be restocked. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.
